UPDATE!!!

There have been some corrections and VERY IMPORTANT additions to the conference call log. There are new facts throughout but pay special attention to items #15-18.

1. Brent Barton is over MMOGULS and he is one of the original investors in Xango.

2. There is no need to "over promote" MMOGULS, its sells itself.

3. We cannot talk about the Stargate Worlds game in meetings. For the time being, MGM is being protective of that franchise name, and is taking a 'wait and see' posture (for lack of a better word). When MMOGULS is up and running, they might view that differently. This statement DOES NOT mean that Stargate Worlds will not be available for play in the MMOGULS network when the game launches, so please don't misinterpret that.

4. We can tell people that Cheyenne is one of the game companies that will be in the network along with the games that they produce.

5. We can refer people to the Cheyenne website, www.cheyenneme.com, or the Stargate website, http://www.stargateworlds.com and they can see what's there, and they can do that outside of the meetings. We can use it that way.

6. The Law firm representing MMOGULS is Grimes and Reese. They invited anyone to google that law firm. They are a top law firm in this industry which should give us confidence about being in compliance with the law.

7. The Company handling the credit card transactions (merchant account) is named Vision Bank Card, headed by Jeff Knowles. They deal in international bankcard transactions, and deal in almost every currency out there. The proper merchant acct is another huge piece for any company, and they assure us that we have the right one. See www.visionbankcard.com .

8. The merchant account will start billing our cards by around noon tomorrow, (Friday). Everyone will have to accept the new terms and conditions that are going to be on our new replicated websites that will also roll out tomorrow. Anyone who enrolled since December 11, 2008, will have to re-enter their bankcard info and they will then be charged when they accept the terms and conditions.

9. The new website that will launch tomorrow (replicated sites) is going to be AWESOME. Every tool that you could want will be there. We were told that the website's presentation will make this a no brainer for those that view what's on your replicated sites.

10. THIS IS IMPORTANT. There is an annual fee for being in the business end of MMOGULS, and that is $49 per year. Anyone that is already in the binary matrix by midnight (Mountain Standard Time) this Saturday, 2-28-2009, and accepts the new terms and conditions, and activates their account by paying the $249.95, will have the $49 waived. Just click on the box that says $249.95 and follow the instructions when the new website launches tomorrow. In shortened terms, new MMOGULS enrollees coming in from March 1st and after will have to pay the additional $49 fee.

11. For those of us enrolled in MMOGULS prior to March 1,2009, we have until Saturday March 14th at midnight (Mountain Standard Time) to "re-affirm" our data. This means we have to verify our email addresses, credit card numbers, agree to the Policies & Procedures, etc.

12. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. If you do not accept the new terms and conditions by midnight (Mountain Standard Time) on March 14 (they are giving you a 2 week grace period) and activate your position by paying the $249.95, you will lose your spot in the binary matrix. This only makes sense, because if you don't pay to enroll, you aren't in the company. All enrollment has meant until now, has been to reserve your spot in the matrix.

13. There are 3200 in MMOGULS as of noon today.

14. They are expecting an explosion with the unveiling of the website and merchant account. I have already seen it today, as it has been the best day ever for people enrolling in my organization personally, by almost doubling my best previous day.

15. MMOGULS will be conducting some contests. The first is that on a monthly basis the top 10 recruiters will be listed on the website. Secondly, the top 5 recruiters from today thru end of March will win a trip to spend a day with Frankie Muniz. Frankie is/was an actor and starred in the sitcom 'Malcolm in the Middle'. He has since left acting and has become a professional race car driver. He is now the face of MMOGULS!

The following information was not part of the conference call but is provided herein for clarification purposes. This information was provided directly in a separate correspondence with MMOGULS.


16. For households with multiple people enrolled in MMOGULS, each individual will have to have their own email account. This is a requirement as the email is used to identify the person in the system.

17. Concerning credit cards, a single credit card number CAN be used for multiple enrollees.

18. Concerning child enrollees. The new Policies and Procedures coming out will specify age restrictions for enrolling under-age children. Since many have already enrolled their under-age children, these children will be 'grandfathered-in' and will not lose their spots in the matrix. However, the child must be enrolled under the parent/guardian and a 'minor form' must be filled out, signed by the parent/guardian, notarized, and submitted to MMOGULS. Again, the specifics will be spelled out in the new Policies and Procedures.

What is happening and will continue to happen will amaze you. Take care of your enrollment ASAP. I suggested that they turn the matrix to Red instead of green, and then have the color turn to green as people take care of activating their position. MMOGULS thought that was a good idea, and they are going to try to implement that the last I heard. That will make it easier to spot those that still need to meet the deadlines. If that doesn't happen in time, don't get knocked off your tracks. Make sure everyone gets this message.

This is exciting, and the day we have all been waiting for. Hold on to your hats, it's going to be quite a ride!!!
